Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom-Made Wigs

  • Custom wigs are handmade to your specifications.

  • Production typically takes 10–21 business days before shipping.

  • During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you.

Shipping Methods

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Nigeria: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the packaging and products immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
